RC RMS TITANIC BOAT Ready

I've been a Titanic enthusiast all my life so when I found this R/C R.M.S. Titanic I jumped at it as fast as I could! I took her for her "maiden voyage" today, (and I'm pleased to say she did NOT have the same end result as the original Titanic did back in 1912). As a "Titanic enthusiast" I am pretty picky with details for ANY Titanic replica. While there are some inconsistencies with the details, (which I won't bother going into), it is a great R/C Titanic. (A friendly warning), if sailing her on a lake MAKE SURE it's one you can swim in. Because the range seems kinda short, (with the antenna that comes with the ship for the controller it's about 50ft maybe so I recommend getting a longer one which I did myself and the range nearly doubled), but it is a great boat and a must have. So I certainly DO recommend this ship for anyone! (And when I get the money I intend to order 2 more so I can repaint them to look like her 2 sister ships the R.M.S. Olympic, (in her WWI dazzle paint job), and the H.M.H.S. Britannic, (in her hospital ship paint job), just for fun.)
(And since the name isn't writen on the ship she can double as the R.M.S. Titanic's older sister the R.M.S. Olympic, before the Titanic sank that is.)

  1. My 8 year old boy is a Titanic history nut so when he opened the box up on his birthday last month he was so happy. He has taken it out on the water and the only issue is the battery life and the time it takes to recharge

  3. I bought this toy for my child's 12 th birthday. As soon as we opened it the detail and the amazing functions ( like the lights) amazed us. I have been searching a titanic model that lights up and that is rc....but the prices were really high. This ship is worth the price. Although I read on the previous comments that a propeller may come off..... I will be ready to fix it.

  4. My 7 year old son is completely obsessed with the Titanic. He asked for an RC Titanic and Santa brought him this one. Asside from pointing out the various inaccurate details in the appearance he is infatuated with it, holding it and analyzing it every opportunity he gets. He is anxiously awaiting spring so he can drop it into the water and run it. The trick now is to try to keep him from intentionally making it sink!

  5. This RC Titanic has been a lot of fun and looks great at night. Perfect for large pools. Has excellent detail and a display stand. Fully charged battery lasted about an hour and a half. Easy to control and maintain. I may get another before they are gone.

  6. I got this product and was expecting it to be smaller than it actually is. I charged the battery and have had the light turned on and did a dry run on it's stand. I would like to check it out in water but do not want to chance breaking it. It did come to me with the back supporting tower broken in 3 pieces but I glued it back together with hobby glue rather than replace it with the extra parts that came with it. Love it.

  7. Titanic smoothly propels through the water at a nice clip. At night, the glow of the lights on board is just beautiful! It's a great gift for a first time remote control boater or Titanic fan.
